To answer this need, the CCAI create a program called the Graduate Trainee Programme (GTP) with a structured training method for 12 months for young professionals / recent graduates to shape a dynamic future leaders, dedicated and responsive.

General requirements

• S1/S2 graduates from reputable university with good grades.
• Fresh Graduate or have a maximum of 1 year work experience

• Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
