Senior Recruitment Officer
Location: Jakarta-Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java (PHE ONWJ)
Expiry date : Tuesday, February 18, 2014

Responsibilities:
  1. To develop organizations recruiting needs: Analyzing manpower planning and hiring plan; determining the actual number of people to be recruited and ensure job requirement and specification based on job analysis
  2. To support recruitment team lead set up recruiting plans for each department including: determining/aligning recruiting priorities; scheduling and communicating the recruitment schedule; agreeing with the operating departments on sourcing strategy/plans.
  3. To implement end-to-end process of recruitment activities: Processing, developing, & designing recruitment sourcing options and selection tools ; scheduling and communicating the recruitment schedule of hiring; ensuring criteria of all positions to be recruited; sourcing channels and recruitment events
  4. To develop implementation of selection and hiring activities: psychological test; interview; recommendation for hiring; medical checkup; employment arrangement and on boarding
  5. To prepare recruitment activity report & its deliverable to provide accurate recruitment status
Requirements:
  • Min. Bachelors Degree (S1) in Psychology/Law/any related disciplines
  • Having min 7 years of working experiences in Human Resource with min 3 year experience handling recruitment activities, preferably in Oil and Gas Industry and or in Consultancy or Headhunting services.
  • Having proper understanding in recruitment and selection management, RPTK management, job analysis, assessment center & psychological test, total remuneration program, and industrial relation.
  • Good knowledge in competency based and behavioral event interviews
  • Knowledgeable in contractual and manpower regulation (UU 13 year 2003)
  • Good command in English (verbal and written)
  • Computer literacy (Ms. Office)
