Pada bulan ini, PT. Petrosea Tbk membuka lowongan kerja untuk beberapa posisi di bidang Engineering & Project Management, yang terdiri dari:

Surveyor
Requirements :
  • Min Diploma Degree in Engineering.
  • Min. 2 years experiences as a surveyor.
  • Able to operate survey equipment.
  • May be required to work flexible hours to suit Project requirements.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Willing to be placed in all project location.
Responsibilities :
  • Collect and develop survey data and maintain database to ensure the accordance with the set of standard procedures and systems.
  • Conduct field surveys in good time and accurately determine quantities necessary for the submission of monthly progress claims.
  • Collect accurate daily survey and download data into the computer to ensure data are interpreted accurately by the Survey draftsman.
  • Coordinate and liaise with engineering & constructions team to ensure that construction designs are being properly implemented in the field.
  • Use and maintain survey software in order to ensure efficiency in survey activities.
  • Coach and mentor Survey Assistant and provide them with skills in order to collect the survey pick-ups in the absence of a Surveyor.
Project Planner/Scheduler
Requirements :
  • Min. Bachelor Degree of Engineering.
  • Min. 3 years experiences as planner/scheduler.
  • Knowledge of Primavera Project Planner (P3) or associated software and demonstrate competency in producing effective formatted schedules and reports.
  • Knowledge of best practices in project control and scheduling.
  • Ability to design and calculate cost of a project.
  • Ability to establish policies and procedures.
  • Familiar with project management and project resources (labour, material and plant).
  • Ability to evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective monitoring and control mechanism.
Responsibilities :
  • Develop procedure for design and construction project management scheduling, including coding, resources allocation and cost loading of design and construction schedules.
  • Plan and organize work program; establish and monitor controls to evaluate unit performance; take appropriate action to correct performance and to adjust programs to meet requirements.
  • Analyse and interpret schedules prepared by outside consultants and contractors, merger them into a single composite master schedule, which is summarized, as required, for various levels of use
  • Establish and maintain effective means of coordinating unit plans and schedule with other organization units; report delays and problem promptly and take appropriate actions to maintain effective coordination of activities; ensure that unit activities do not conflict with organization goals.
  • Assist in the analysis of claim, utilizing schedule information and capabilities of the scheduling system to provide accurate picture of project activities.
  • Develop plans to meet unexpected situation, new developments and changes in the business environment; prepare for emergencies; anticipate events; understand the factors and conditions effecting the organization and respond appropriate when these change.
Project Manager
Requirements:
  • Min. Bachelor Degree, preferably in Engineering
  • Min. 12 years experiences in construction and engineering.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of engineering and construction management principles, practices and the associated flow of design and construction project management.
  • Ability to recognize potential claims and manage project contract activities to avoid costly claims and litigation
  • Ability to supervise and evaluate the work of subordinates
  • Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective monitoring and control systems and carry them to the intended conclusions to meet Agency goals for the program.
  • Willing to work extended hours to meet the deadline.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan and control the flow of work for a construction project, including estimating time, supplies and personnel required for completing the project to ensure that projects are being carried out according to established plan.
  • Direct, control and execute the Project by conducting a kick off meeting with the Project Team, assign duties and responsibilities as detailed in the functional matrix in order to ensure project initial are well managed.
  • Direct, review and analyse client specifications and documents to ensure the requirements defined are incorporated into the works and the responsibilities allocated under the project quality system are understood and implemented.
  • Prepare, control and implement project budgets, construction schedules, project reporting, progress assessment and project execution plan, take personal responsibility and accountability for cash flow, receivables and return on capital of the project to ensure budgets are meet with operational needs and requirements.
  • Interface and coordinate subcontract activities to ensure that they will support the achievement of project aims and the support of company construction objectives.
  • Direct, monitor and utilize company’s equipment efficiently, maintain schedule compliance on planned maintenance and reduce cost as appropriate in order to optimize asset utilization.
  • Direct, submit and negotiate claims to settlement as required to ensure that progress claims are submitted and paid in a timely manner.
  • Plan, analyse and establish detailed cost forecasts, manage variations in order to close out to maximise returns in a timely manner.
  • Direct, control and manage all statutory permits and approvals as required to proceed with the contract to ensure all permits and formalities are complete and valid.
  • Establish to maintain and manage all stakeholder interests to ensure harmonious and cooperative relationships in industrial relations, community relations and staff welfare in all aspects of the project.
  • Maintain and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.
Cost Controller
Requirements :
  • Min Bachelor Degree in any disciplines.
  • Min 3 years experiences in related area.
  • Have a good skill on MS Office Program and other computer program will be preferred.
  • Will be required to work flexible hours to meet reporting guidelines.
Responsibilities :
  • Assist the Finance & Accounting Manager to maintain and control the cost control system, in accordance with Petrosea procedures, from contract award to contract completion.
  • Assist the Finance & Accounting Manager to prepare project monthly report.
  • Responsible to expedite information required for monthly reports for management.
  • Cooperate with service, maintenance and accounting functions to obtain accurate cost information.
  • Responsible to obtain information cost and earning progress information.
  • Responsible to enter data in an accurate and timely manner into the project cost control system.
Business Development Manager
Requirements:
  • Min. Bachelor degree preferably in Engineering.
  • Min. 10 years previous experience in business development in construction sector.
  • Demonstrated effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Committed to delivering the best possible service to the internal or external client.
  • Able to travel regionally at short notice.
  • Able to work extended hours to meet / entertain clients and owners.
  • Able to generate and deliver innovative solutions to bring organisations together.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan and develop business development strategy in engineering & project management such that clients choose Petrosea by negotiation rather than open tender.
  • Identify the projects that can be won with whilst minimising wasted estimating effort.
  • Plan out tasks for business development staff including their interpersonal management to ensure employee satisfaction.
  • Ensure projects that are won have low commercial risk.
  • Develop, manage and control the business development budget in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Locate technology partners that when combined with Petrosea will enable alternate projects to be delivered.
  • Establish and maintains effective work relationship within the department, the company and the community, and maintains the professional competence, knowledge and skill necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities to achieve good working relation between office members.
  • Establish, review and communicate timely SWOT analysis and business development reporting for internal and external review.
  • Performs administrative supervisory tasks including evaluating employee performance, source necessary skills and resources based on manpower forecasts to provide managerial supports in administrative matters.
